A common re-roll is giving back 3 common cards and what you get in return is 3 common options from a certain batch of the Korean cards (1-4) or International. You can only choose 1 of those options, but you have to ask which batch you'd like your options from.

A rare re-roll is giving back 2 rare cards and you are guaranteed 3 common cards back from any of the Korean or International batches.

IU is within Korean batch 1. You can't get her rares from any re-roll as of yet.

You can't re-roll DC Siyeon, but the other two are fine.
