how do u guys handle when u need to give warnings to ur friends as a mod?
Thankfully this doesn’t really happen to me, since most of my closest members are on staff and don’t tend to cause trouble, but if there’s a case where we think bias might occur, we look for second opinions (though a lot of our decisions are discussed as a group with everyone who’s online anyways). This is to try to prevent any bias. One of us (not saying who) has had to deal with some of their friends getting verbals though and I know they don’t feel great about that.

I’m probably one of the ones who has had this happen the most often. At first I felt really guilty doing it, I’m gonna be honest. However, we can’t be biased, ans at the end of the day rules were still broken and I have to enforce them. As a team, decisions are not made by one person, they’re discussed as a group. What goes into a verbal or a warning is more than what meets the eye.

I have a suggestion, I think you guys could have a way of tag all users for important things. For example the Halloween event would be nice if you tagged everybody so that all users could be informed about it
We actually do have a feature that allows us to send a notification to everyone, but we don't want to overuse it, that's why we don't use it for events and the like, since they're already featured on the main page and everything.
