In my first year of high school, this kid I hated held the record for the most sit-ups in gym class (90) so I did 94 just to spite him completely worth the horrible pain that came afterward

Honestly, living. I have contemplated and planned suicide many times, self harmed, and honestly thought my life was not worth it. I was at at an all time low, I cut everyone off and I let myself down in my own demons. My mother, I’m not sure if she’s fully aware, is the reason I’m still here. I’m not usually this open about my struggles, but please know you’re not alone. I have now made a really amazing group of friends who accept me for who I am and include me. After years of bullying, betrayal and abuse, I finally feel okay.

easily self-teaching myself japanese and korean, but im also pretty proud that i had the highest GPA at my school and was able to test out of several of my finals before my senior year

For me I’d say graduating High School. I at times just thought about dropping out and giving up, even some teachers doubted me so to actually graduate was one of the happiest moments in my life.
