my longest friendship is about 10 years and it's one of the most unexpected friendships ive ever had because we started off as literal enemies to becoming best friends, i guess the myth about the enemies-to-friends type of friendship lasting the longest is true to some extent, at least for me that is

In real life I still live on the same street as somebody since we were around six years old. I have another friend I still see since we met in college 11yrs ago. I also still speak on twitter to a group of friends I know from an old football forum I used to post on that I met on there around 2010. Myself and one of them used to be the target of a troll on the forum, and once called us a couple of Fatsos for no reason, and we’ve kept up that joke by calling each other it on our birthdays
