personally, it’s easier for me to do the card challenge, because then I only have to create two threads lol
then I usually post a thread in the chill zone (you can make threads there about almost everything, no matter how random it is haha) and then one in the korean or japanese section

You can get two cards per day, one is for posting 15 posts (this also includes posting on other people's profiles) and the other one for creating three threads (one in the korean, japanese and chinese section) or you post in the card challenge thread (this counts as one thread) and create one thread in the korean/japanese/chinese section and another one in any section you want
And you have 24 hours to complete your daily quests, every new card day starts at Midnight korean time
It's a bit confusing at the beginning, but you will get the hang of it fast! It's fun to collect your faves cards and trade with other users

Almost correct, if you do the card challenge the remaining two threads can be anywhere, the challege counts as the Korean/Japanese/Chinese/Thailand/Event thread
