I know it's Chan, and that makes your name cute. YouCanDoThis would be obnoxious and irritating. My ADD causes my brain to move faster than my hands so a lot of things get left out. Often to my frustration and amusement.

Roughly speaking here; it is not a precise argument below.

With four choices for each multiple choice query, it would stand to reason that 1 in 4 questions will be correct if randomly guessed. 1 in 4 questions correct with a question pool of 10 yields 2 and a half correctly answered questions. Now - since multiple choice questions cannot be half right, we must round.
