Then we will get Baizhu and Ganyu for the phase 2 with Kaveh as one of the featured 4-star characters in their banners.

I am guessing Version 3.8 during the Golden Apple Archipelago (Part 3). What makes me curious is what bow will be on that banner along with Jadefall's Splendor and my guess is Hunter's Path (even though it's probably not going to be that weapon )

Nahida’s banner was guaranteed since the Archons gets their first rerun 4 version after their release.

Venti: 1.0 (Debut) and 1.4 (1st rerun)
Zhongli: 1.1 (Debut) and 1.5 (1st Rerun)
Raiden Shogun: 2.1 (Debut) and 2.5 (1st Rerun)
Nahida: 3.2 (Debut) and 3.6 (1st rerun)

Nilou’s banner is somewhat understandable because they want to pair a Sumeru character with the archon of their region (similar to version 2.5 when Raiden Shogun and Kokomi had their banners). Venti and Zhongli don’t count in this case because double banners were not a thing before Version 2.3.

I totally forgot about that LOL. Idk why but it felt like Raiden's first rerun took forever to come. For some reason, I thought Nahida had a rerun already. Idk genshin seems to be going rly slow for me atm.

nilou may not have another rerun for a while since fontaine is almost here and more fontaine characters will be releasing and having banners. and since you already have ganyu it would probably just be better to pull for nilou. although c1 ganyu would be nice...
