I do it mostly cause i dont feel hungry during the morning. I dont really know the difference it would make if i did eat breakfast. I stopped eating breakfast during elementary and also stopped eating at school so my body only wants food during 1pm to 9pm

just bought some cereal :)))

overnight oats. I always use oats, line seeds and chia seeds, put oat milk and cocoa with some sugar in it and leave it over night in the fridge in a closed box. in the morning I put in a mashed banana and some vanilla soy yogurt.

oats are great. you can make so many things with them.
you can make vegan 'meatballs' or grind them to flour (and use it for cakes, waffles, pancakes, bread etc).

Syrniki are delicious but I rarely have the right ingredients so they’re a very rare thing. Blini are way more common but imo less delicious. As far as breakfast foods go syrniki are unbeatable imo for taste

A bit chewy, creamy and sweet the way I make it. What's nice is that you can add sooo many different toppings to it, and it's great for meal prep 😊
