i honestly can't say, the pop-up stores are organised entirely by the awards team so i know just as much as you... you could ask awards but they probably want to keep it a surprise

you need a minimum of 1000 points to be able to convert them to ks coins. honestly i wouldnt mind doing these requests but i dont think that would be fair for the other users who had their requests rejected bc they didnt have 1000 points or more, sorry about that

not stuck per se, if you unlock some bigger achievement and get more points, you will be able to transfer them eventually!
