How do u do it?

Most of the time it's people that stopped listening to each other and both parties do not want to understand (or make concessions if they need to make a choice together). I first try to understand both point of views, then because they do not have any tensions with me I either try to talk with them and explain to them that they need to listen to the other to manage to reach any conclusion. If it doesn't work I explain myself what the other person is trying to convey and if they both do not want to make any concessions I just tell them to stop speaking cz shouting at each other like that isn't productive
