You are correct i guess, people who i don't usually see talking to each other somewhere else are talking with each other here. And most of the usual bad stuff or negative stuff about kpop are seldom posted here.

Tbh there's only so much Kpop that can be talked about in a day, especially since most people don't really care about groups, outside the ones they stan. However, when it comes to daily life, there's a lot to be said because everyone is unique yet extremely similar so more curiosity and relatability can be drawn out of the General section.

Frankly speaking, the only reason the other site's Kpop section is so extremely active is because everyone's trying troll and one up each other on who can be the most shady with their threads.

I'd theorise that it's because it's easier to come up with more general stuff that isn't repititive than it is kpop stuff and if you wanna talk about a specific group you have DM or Wall Posts for people you know who you can fanboy/girl with over a group and also idol threads.

Well tbh, its the same situation for me, somewhere in a galaxy far away, i used to just spread love and peace in kpop threads gone wild, but here i don't see the need to, i'm not good at discussing kpop stuff since i don't stan many groups, but im slowly opening up more now that i have such a diverse staff team & friendly community to share with me their amazing groups.
