I usually work Sundays (not these next two cause I’m on vacay - yay!) but other than that I have no routine

saturday - enjoy day out with family or just son to give my wife a break, in the afternoon play basketball as I have been doing for effectively the last 20 years or so...

Sunday - sleep in due to basketball - chill during the morning then grocery shopping in the afternoon

for the work days, so for 5 days (and only lunch). we have a microwave at work, so I can eat self cooked meals every day at work
and its really hard to get proper vegan meals here.

yeah and its less work than most imagine. pre cooking is faster than cooking every meal separate.
and you dont need to cook after work.
