Good: i saw where some scenes of Jurassic Park were filmed
Bad: been feeling very low of myself

my son woke up crying - that's normal
I went and made him some milk - that's normal
he took it upon himself to climb out of bed and follow me - that's bad (since it's dangerous)
I carried him back and he finished all the milk - that's good
he then wouldn't fall back to sleep for the next 45min or so - that's bad
he eventually fell back to sleep and slept throughout the night - that's good
but then I couldn't get back to sleep - that's bad
