PC music is a form of music based off the label of the same name that originated first in 2013.
The form of music features high & light pitch-shifted vocals, instrumentation inspired by video game & 8-bit sounds, & synthetic textures.
It uses state-of-the-art music resources in its production & is still constantly evolving, although established as a genre.
The styles and influences of music incorporated include bubblegum dance, Balearic trance, wonky, and electro house.
It is also inspired from Japanese & Korean city pop music with influences from pop producers like Max Martin as well.
PC Music's aesthetic combines elements of cuteness, camp, and kawaii.

Best hours for listening to the genre : Bubblegum-chewing hours.

Notable subgenres & derivatives : Nil.

My first introduction to PC music was Sophie. Unique, but not something I want to listen to all the time.

It's suited to certain moods, for example, I like listening to it while chewing bubblegum, to vibe with it. :sanapray:
