yeah I use it to keep up with group activities and stuff so none of it adult content but I still have stuff that is flagged it's weird

I think the targeting against the literal porn blogs, and the porn bot blogs is important...but they are going about it all wrong and literally just tagging just about anything that has skin (even just...literally faces LOL no joke, it's ridiculous). There's NSFW content, and then there's full, legit porn, and the latter in my opinion is really all that needs to go - not the above.

I'm going to miss shirtless or even mildly shirtless images of my favorite idols (or at this point every image????)

Right? I'm 100% fine with shirtless, that shit you see at the beach. I don't understand the algorithm they are using in judging what is or isn't NSFW but...it's failing.

Everyone used Tumblr whether it be for adult content. NSFW content, or just for fun and it was supposed to be kind of just a nice thing. But it will no longer be that. They'll be hurting their own website traffic. Also, I may not post a lot of adult content on my accounts but I do write some stuff that could randomly be labeled or flagged as NSFW when in reality it isn't.

It's really not a fair rule. I get if they were cracking down on like child porn but this ain't it.

yeah I wouldn't mind if they were getting rid of the porn bots tbh.. The porn blogs weren't my cup of tea but i never went ont hem so they didn't bother me.

Since it's "adult content" though they will flag more than just porn which i don't agree with. Some artist use nudity in their art and i feel like there's a whole slew of stuff that will go wrong on the LGBTQ end......

I saw several good points people made about the child porn the biggest one is those people were never tagging the post or making it easily accessible so getting rid of nsfw content isn't really going to do anything.

I think they just want to get the app back on the apple store honestly. I find it funny that it didn't get the boot on android though makes me think there might be more going on
