out of the 5 exams I had to take I only took 2, after passing those exams I need to pass 7 more, and I should have done all that a year ago, I feel like I'm a failure and I feel like everyone sees me as a failure, also I don't have a job and I didn't accomplish anything in life, I should stop whining and put my shit together but it's so hard

Btw, I have done 2 different majors, wasted 3 years of my life and now I finally have found the major that fits me best.
My former classmates are maybe graduated or in their last year, but I know tons of people who have changed majors or redo things.
In fact, the major I do now only has 10% of '00-liners; the majority did another major before
Only 25 % follow the "normal" route

I started my final project in college really late. My teacher said she feels like it’s the Christmas day because I finally started. And in the end I got maximum points. So it’s never too late

Hey, you're definitely not a failure.
It's ok even if you do it at a slower pace. Everyone has their own way and pace of doing things. You shouldn't care about what others view you as. Even if someone is absolutely perfect, there will still be criticism thrown at that person. You should just not give up and keep going at a steady pace.
