It's been funny seeing Uniq fans go crazy about him being a secret vocal. It'll be cool to see knetz reaction to his all-around talent as well...if they notice talent that is lmao

yeah, the big teams are at a disadvantage because votes will get split so much. S1 the 'Bang bang' team had almost all the popular members but because there was so many they didn't get top votes

I wonder what will Yoon Seobin edit would get if he still on this competition? I'm surprised to know that he got an X on second evaluation.
I am curious to know how did he got an X despite having a strong vocal and decent dancer? Perhaps he forgot the lyrics and dance move?

I notice on this season there is no popular international trainee on the eyes of Knetz.
Jieqiong, Guanlin and Sakura were all popular during their own season.

I wonder who will be the international trainee to be on the final line up?

I have the theory they were going to do a redemption edit on him. He probably didn't do horribly on the evaluation but they would make it seem like he did.

He'd be in X and be sad but then when his team needed a vocalist to hit those difficult notes he'd step in. Doing well in that performance would be his redemption for getting X.

After that I'm not sure what edit he'd get. But there's no doubt he'd have stayed in the spotlight being a JYP trainee.

On my own perspective Knetz prefer the visual who is memorable and have an appealing personality. That's why Jihoon for his wink, Guanlin for being awkward yet adorable and Baejin for his introduction video were popular and and made them to the final line up of Wanna One.

Its the truth tbh, If you watch the many korean reaction videos, the visual will be mentioned first, but this is just what i think. Sorry for interrupting this thread, i just wanted to state my opinion on this.

At the end is not all about being popular or being consistent on the top 10 to be on the final line up.

It's all about a fans who are not complacent and have an eye-catching performance for the casual viewers who also want to vote.

Despite having a lacking skills. I still want Kim Minkyu to be on the final line up. He has a nice personality and very dedicated to learn. Like what happened on him on Episode 2. I know he still not improve yet but maybe on the upcoming episode you will see his progress.

On my point of view Jihoon, Guanlin, Jisung and Baejin didn't improve on the show they were likely improved when they were in Wanna One.

But to be honest I am not worried because I know Minkyu has a high chance to make it.

My one of the favorite trainee who I was worried was Cha Junho all the hyped the he got on pre-show were all went down.

This is the example that Knetz prefer a visual who is memorable and have a nice personality.

Junho may have the looks but he has a yawning personality.

I've complained about international fans not being able to vote because we could the first season. IOI was still loved by Korea even with international fans voting. There's not tons of international fans voting so they don't change the results that much. If anything they just get contestants by until Korean fans notice them.

A lot of trainees line up on both sides too. The biggest difference I've seen between intl fan voting and Korean is support for current and former YG trainees. Kim Yohan is still at the top of peoples lists.

As for voting for visuals I think its a little silly to deny that kfans do that. Even though I love Wooseok he hasn't had much screen time to show off his personality and his talent wasn't shown in love shot only his appeal. There really hasn't been anything personality or talent wise shown to the public to make them vote for him but he's in the top 10 consistently. The reason for that is because of his visuals basically. There isn't that many honey10's that would vote for him on the show and even more who don't want him to be away from the group again
