Unfortunately it depends a lot on the makeup style/hairstyle they each have but if it helps here's how I distinguish them
Chiquita's cat eyes probably make her stand out the most. When I first stanned BM, I thought she reminded me of Olivia Rodrigo lol
Rora has softer, more elegant visuals, and a rounder face than most of the members
Ahyeon has large, expressive eyes, and she looks part-Chinese, if that helps
ASA looks like she just stepped out of an anime, and she has sharper features than the other members
