What is your favorite meal of the day and why? Do you enjoy breakfast the most? Or maybe lunch? Or dinner?

I'd say breakfast for me because I like to have a salty part first and then something sweet like oats with fruits. I also like dinners during the weekend because I usually cook something more special than my usual dinner

Breakfast when I make my scrambled eggs and bacon
Tho usually I also enjoy dinner as it's usually our hot meal of the day. I prefer hot meals over bread

Well ig each person has a different appetite and way to burn the energy. I had hypoglycemia so all my life I got used to eat once in a few hours, even if it's a small quantity. Otherwise I get dizzy
