My family went hiking today and I stayed behind, so I want to make some kind of interesting dinner for them, but I don't know what to make. What would you guys recommend? I say easy just because I need to make sure we have the right ingredients, but feel free to drop any ideas you have, it would be much appreciated

I think that the endive is quick to make. We usually just boil some potatoes with it and use the cheese sauce over it
I think beef stew takes a long time but it is worth it I swear.
The asparagus is often eaten in my family as a side dish like salad. Especially on hot days, it's nice
