They want to replace it, but 1)I'm too fat and 2)I'm not sure I want to do it yet; if I do it now, I might have to have it redone because while I'm old, I'm not *that* old.

Unfortunately a lot. She has Sjogrens Syndrome, It’s an auto immune disease that pretty much takes all the moisture from her body, which later causes issues with other parts of her body. She has stomach problems, iron deficiency, stage 4 asthma... the list goes on and on.
