I recently lost a page in a book I'm reading, Like, I swore I remembered this one event happening, but I couldn't find the page for it no matter how hard I tried. And I was like, "Did I imagine this? Have I actually lost my mind?" And then I finally found the page and was like, "Phew."

Ahhh that happens to me too lol. Thats why we hv to use a bookmark
