For biases, i tend to bias maknaes (Sehun, Jungkook, Yugyeom, Yeri), rappers (Mark, Vernon, Seungcheol, Changbin), and the oldest (Mark, Seungcheol, Jisoo, Kun). I also like visuals, esp if they hold main of another position (Solar, Doyoung [unofficial but shush], Irene, Solji)

For groups, I usually stan groups who have lots of dancers/hard dances (Got7, EXO, Seventeen, Gfriend) or lots of/has strong vocals (EXO, ACE, NCT, MAMAMOO)

Soloists usually just off their personality and/or music (Eric Nam, IU, Sunmi, Chungha, Jessi, Somi, HyunA)

Yes, personality is a big component; but I couldn't describe what I look for. My NeoJapo bias is not the leader. My Necroma bias is the leader and I barely chose her because she is the leader. In her case I fell in love with her voice, in addition.
