Do you get Christmas gifts for your pets?

Even if my cat probably has no clue about Christmas besides eating the decorations, I like buying her toys or stuff as a present

[Ahsoka]

Who in their right mind doesn't
I'm offended at the prospect

[Yili]

hell yeah, i give her special foods since we can't afford the really good quality food always

aww that's cute my cat is so picky with food, we've got a full collection with types of food she doesn't like

i think my cat just pretends she's picky so we give her more wet food....she's crafty when she wants to be

I guess mine is just lazy to chew but if she doesn't like one type of food, she is simply not eating it, she is protesting until we give her something else. Or bite use

if cats weren't as nutty as they are, i think it would be quite a different love story. but instead i have this child who drives me crazy but i also love that she does

that's true Cats are so annoying and lady like sometimes, but they are still lovable

I usually try to get my dog a new toy because she plays with them and I'll try to get my cat a treat since she rarely gets them. My boyfriend goes all out for his cats though-he got them a treat toy and a water fountain.

My dog gets a few toys and really big treats. The kind of treats where he can't walk trough a doorway if it's in his mouth.

aww that's sweet. I was thinking about getting a water fountain for my cat too, but idk if she would like it and I don't want to spend money like I did on beds and lots of toys she is ignoring

He's a Working Cocker Spaniel so he is quite hyper and energetic and he eats/destroys quite a lot of things he shouldn't.

But we love him so he is spoiled.

Aww that's quite cute tho, as a cat owner I can't relate to having an energetic pet, as mine is naping 75% of the day what did your dog destroy?

[SHlNEE]

do christmas kisses and christmas hugs count?
i just lost a job so i need to save up as much as possible and not spend anything that is not really needed

Cats are also quite independent right?

My dog destroys; hats, shoes, other items of clothing, paperwork, right now a couple of Xmas decorations. Oh, and he likes to eat stones too!

It's not like we have these thing laying around. But he can jump damn high to get hats and coats from the coat hanger. Paperwork he will jump on the table if no one is looking. I guess shoes can be left laying around so that's on us... It can be really annoying when he gets things, but it's funny at times.

aww sure they count, it's about the thought and love shared, not the amount of money spent

Kinda, yeah but sometimes they are very friendly and playful too. And my cat likes to sleep in bed and purr
Lmao, that sounds funny. But why stones?

Apparently a number of dogs like to eat stones. It helps grind their teeth to sharpen them but also a lot of stones can have a salt taste to them, which some dogs really like.
