Do you remember a couple weeks ago when you were gone and couldn't fulfill the requests right away, and I'd made TWO requests during that time (one before midnight KST and one the morning after? I only got one. I'll give you the proofs in a separate reply.

Well, if you want me to then I can ask the cards team what we can do about this as it was a simple mistake. If this happens again though, remember that you don’t need to call us out if we mess up. Just simply tag us and ask if we can fix the issue
