It takes me hours to fall asleep, I'll sit there and stare at the ceiling until anywhere from 12:00-2:00 when I finally go to sleep

I've always been this way, I just don't know why. I go to bed early but I never get a lot of sleep, but it doesn't affect me tho like I'm never tired

that´s not healthy in a long run though :(. have you tried some meditating or so?

no, never did but in the end i got used to it since there aren't many things that would help me anyway. i mean i try certain things that would help me sleep faster than i usually do but it's still not considered fast in general.

My brain is programmed to stay awake like 25-30 hours without trouble as I have worked so much in the past with 2 jobs and full time schooling
