yesterday, the girl in the apartment above me came asking about some packages she was missing that were misdelivered to me. I found them and took it up to her apartment, and her "thank you" made me smile and feel proud of myself. Don't you just love doing good deeds? and I made a friend out of it!

@Drug mine isn't as bad as ytours, but it's still pretty bad. About 20 years ago, when I was a senior in high school, or maybe junior... I don't remember now lol but anyway), it was spirit week (where we all get to dress up according to a certain theme). This announcement came on that said...

ok then I won't ask lol

whoa... and I thought mine was bad! I was going to edit the op when I got home from where it was I had to "run" to, but then it turned midnight KST while I was there (as it always does, actually) and I never did.

idk it's just the picture I get... maybe it was influenced by a very nice lady we had as a sub in first grade who wore dark-rimmed glasses. Well, she was white, but still. lol

or substitute teacher lol whenever I hear that term, I picture a lady with dark-rimmed glasses like that

Happy birthday!

Noooo she was such a nice user!

Bang Christopher Chan! Who gave you permission to be so HOT??? I have a bf already!

well, four if you count both forms I'm referring to. lol there's spectacle and then there's miracle... BUTTTTTTTTTT the adjective for spectacle is spectacular and the adjective for miracle is miraculous... should we blame the French? lol (hey, @Ahsoka - here's your next thread! *nudge nudge*)

B to the T to the to the to the S! (BTS... I said it like that bc I was just listening to a rap song my caregiver recommended)

well, popping tags does not mean shoplifting like I thought lol I only heard it in rap songs (Thrift Shop being one of them), so I thought it was some kind of risky behavior lol but nope! it just means what we usually do when we buy clothes - remove the tags after purchase...

...what do you say we pretend this is a real cafe and we aren't getting a lot of customers... and chat? like, what are y'all doing this weekend? I just got home from church tonight, and tomorrow, my mom is coming to visit!

well, aren't you the art critic lol

happy birthday, Chan!!!

:pepecross:

I want to continue learning Spanish, but not with Duolingo. Do y'all have any good alts? I've alr tried Babbel (too hard) and Lingodeer (istg that app was made for babies).

but even easier than French? Spanish! just don't use Duolingo for it - it's AI City, and the mascot is very, very clingy. He'll send you emails and notifs up the wazoo when you haven't learned your lesson for the day... :jisoosmh:

French bc nobody voted Hindi and never heard of Marathi lol

who, me??? lol well, I hired a dog to stare at the cat - howbowdahhhh???
