@Going_Under I just dug a little deeper bc no patience lol and apparently, they were being sued over an unreleased demo also called Swim.they won by default bc the loser failed to provide any evidence. like, wow... how low can a chick get for suing the biggest group in K-pop over AN UNRELEASED...
