Ayo this is real hip-hop. Listen and learn.
Damn this is my kingdom?
What’s in your head? I say, are you crazy? But you’re not a psycho? Colony, what about the bubbles coming out of your head? Dumbini
Don’t come at me, ant. You’re a fool, no matter how big you are.
You’re a fake l’€ fuck? Like basquiat if you come at me again? Go fuck yourself, you’re in prison for life.
This is a mental hospital, your forever home, please don’t get out of it. You need it. Fuck. Sabbath. What you’re doing after all is the best thing I can do to get you out, of course, you’ve already lost to me.
Are you a n*gga / blackie* foreign worker, you motherf*ckin pigbird?
No matter how hard I look at it, what about it?
You’re such a jerk, you’re wearing Nike, and you’re** wearing it?
Motherf*cker, a psychopath

*Here he used the Korean slur 깜둥이 which isn’t exactly the same as the n-word but still really derogatory. I’ve seen some people translate it as the n-word and others as “blackie” to try to convey that it’s still a slur, but less extreme.

**There’s some debate over whether he said 니가 (you) here or actually said the n-word, as they sound similar and either one would make sense in the context. It’s possible he was mimicking some Korean rappers in this sense because according to this person, dragging out the sound and leaving the meaning ambiguous is something certain rappers do.

This feels like one of those tiktok rapper kids that think they are badass and have to show the world how, just in fact, gangster they are.
Seeing how this is 7~ years old I really hope he did grew up and change cuz not even as a 13 year old you should use these kind of slurs

any possibility that "blackie" might mean an illegal worker? we use the expression "black workers" for people who work in the country illegally, and they might be of whatever colour they are.

yeah we use a similar term called "Schwarzarbeiter" which basically translates to black workers, not meaning the color of the skin but ppl who work on the sidelines to earn a little extra,

but it seems that it isnt the case for the part

but back to the original topic. as someone working with teenagers ... they are awesome bunch of people, but come on, we all know that teenagers often speak before they think and their words are often meant to hurt, to burn down the barricades, they love to come off as tough, despite being fragile. I am not saying what he had said was right or admirable. He should not be put on a piedestal, but he was 13? 14? he was just being tough with his buddies, Lots of kids grow up in an environment that is heavily influenced by opinion of someone else. Maybe a friend of his, maybe his parents ... but I´m sure as he had been growing up and meeting other people, he had realised that his rather hardcore rap was probably over the top.
And it doesn´t mean that those are his opinions at all. he might have just been trying to sound cool. I don´t think he deserves to be drugged through mud unless there is evidence he is a racist adult.

Yeah as I said this is 7 years old, all we can really hope for is that he did change and isnt using any racial slurs as a grown up behind the scenes, you see a lot of those teens doing similar type of raps these days too on instagram, tiktok etc., it's kinda sad that this is like a certain norm for kids that age, surely not every 13 year old behaves like that.

I still think he should write sth, be that an apology or especially explaining how he changed his mindset, now that he is grown up etc. or sth idk

the thing that words like "n*gga" etc. are still present in media and actually spoken by Afro-Americans might be adding to the problematic. We often have a debate where I try to explain that those are slurs not to be used, but then JayZ comes in and ... ruins everything.

it´s sad that idols have to apologise for all their past mistakes, imagine pushing a kid when you were 6, someone digging it out and you having to apologise because you were a jerk on a playground once :D.

but considering that kpop is listened to by a lot of kids, it is probably wise that Han apologises, donates to charity and explains himself.

I guess it's some old interview where he said some misogynistic stuff. I didn't get a chance to read it because Shawols had already buried it
i tried to search on twitter and i saw sth similar, but apparently the interview is like 8 years old but it only got released recently or sth with cut stuff to make it look like he's misogynistic, but that was just one tweet, its really buried

as I have said in their artist thread, I'm disappointed by the lyrics he wrote but I'm also very happy that he owned up to his mistake and apologized, and as someone who follows the group, I can say that he has really reflected and changed from his past self and become a better person.

good job, Han ♥. 13 is still a young and dumb age, but it is good that he apologised and admitted his mistake. he has obviously grown up into a fine man who is hard-working and sincere. (and I hope his public image is just the same as behind the curtains.)

Had some private convo with @Yolks when the news first came out. As upset and disappointed as we were to find out that Han had this sort of past, I and I'm sure that she would be pleased that this apology has been released.

It is not my apology to accept since I am not a part of the communities that were talked about in his song, however I am relieved and happy that this message is a reminder of the Han that I thought I knew in the first place. I hope that he will in the future continue to show us that that is the person of the past and not of the current time.

He's my bias so I'm definitely really shocked and confused. That being said I was a horrible person when I was about his age, but it isn't my apology to accept nor deny.
