Lol it's the same with pookie. But pookie is more an a non physical description whereas puffy or poofy is a physical description. So someone being puffy, in thie case she had Haidilao and is puffy because the sodium is causing her face to retain water so she keeps poking her puffy face which makes her really cute and pookie

Poofy = pookie in the same way tiny = cute. Tiny by definition is not cute but tiny things can be cute. So poofy doesn't necessarily mean pookie but poofy things can be pookie
