You went ahead and booked a ticket :nakypog:
Idk about Memories of Murder comparison, that one is one of my favs too lol. Parasite was better but not in a different league or anything :yolk:
Yeah I loved the ending, not too sad, gives just enough hope. Which again, mirrors their state in the beginning. Dwelling in the hopeless basement in poverty, with just a glimpse into the outside world, enough to hope and dream.

I hated Memories of Murder and liked Parasite, my experience was quite opposite ^^;
That's definitely true and good take of the ending. I felt like it was quite realistic, well the happenings not so much but that it wasn't completely happy nor completely tragedy. Life went on as it does.

I like how the dreams of the boy ended up being just his plan as well, not sth that happened cause buying such expensive home- not easy!
I have to say I'm bit sad at Jessica. She was my favorite.

I have seen Kimi no Na wa actually, not so long ago. It was pretty great, but not masterpiece for me. I had my hopes bit too high after seeing A Silent Voice, I think it's from same person. But was still enjoyable ofc.
