I think you would be perfect tbh. I know last year when mod apps where open you said you wouldn't want to be mod but I really think you would do a good job and have a good sense of what to do in certain situations.

So is there a format for application post or what kinda things should I mention?

there is no real format. just state your age, timezone, what experience you have, how available you would be during the week. rest would be asked if there were questions left to answer. probably state why you want to be mod too.
