When that happens, click on "show all" at the bottom of the notification thing, then click on "resummarize alerts" in the top right. It clears the "1" notification glitch lol
It happens via a card trade I believe (or card handout via task), and when that card doesn't show up in the notifications it glitches out as it thinks you still need to notice the card.
