I'm one away from completing Loona and due to the potential wait for a any specific card who knows how long it will take to get Yves or Olivia again.

So I'll be hoping to pull an IOI today (or something very valuable at least).

You need to work out if there are more people collecting SNSD that can pull an IOI for you than there are people looking to collect BP/Rose...

Most people collecting BP already have Rose I think lol. I'll prioritize IOI over Hyoyeon coz I have 2 potential users who might agree to Rose for an IOI card, but I'll wait and see if you get an IOI so you can get Rose instead

Well if you don't get an IOI card you could still try and get Sohye (spelt as Soyee now apparently) from DarlingBlue or Nayoung from gayzone since those are the two I'd have approached anyway
