2. Does the police or the ACRC have the actual phone of the celebrity? I thought it went to the ACRC bypassing the police coz they are corrupt so if the same police is saying they authenticated the Kakaotalk messages, does this mean they have access to the phone? Is it the same corrupt police? I'm confused on this kinda.

It's ok, for my knowledge 1) It has been confirmed real by police in this article: x though i'd still like to hear it as statement from police of course and why they arrived to that conclusion.

Participants haven't been officially confirmed other than Jung Joon Young, which is why there is lot of speculation about it and I think police has said they have been questioning people about this. And actually Jung Joon Young has apparently confessed in apology letter which i just found: x

Hmm I saw the apology letter, this just makes things even bleaker for Seungri tbh. I wouldn't be surprised now if he made some confession soon too :/

I guess he could say it's seperate chat room or he's not actually participant of these chats someone else used his name, but well yea seems bleak. He was so confident going in the investigations about them and denying it, he can't make any kind of confession i think without exposing himself as liar.

Whole thing just sucks so much, esp as a VIP. Can't imagine how it must be for you who had him as your ult bias.

Yea well, it's definitely mixed mess of feelings. I'm sad about his career (and for other BB members) and I feel bad for him, i guess i'm symphatic about what he will lose with this. I'm also just utterly disappointed in him like I have been saying I will watch this through and I will, but it doesn't seem he's not mixed up in anything bad here.

Yeah it's understandable especially after you've been attached to someone for that long. I really feel bad for the victims but I kinda can't help feel bad for him and the remaining BB members too. I guess with time I'll become more objective but it just sucks atm.

I feel really bad to other members, they can't even say or decide anything about this, idk how much information they have even gotten in army. People are cursing them out and they suddenly lost member of their group too, they are now in army and idk what will wait them when they get back from there.

And to think after all their hard work, their legacy might be forever tarnished fo an extent because of this is just heartbreaking.

That too, BB already had such strong legacy. Personally i think rest of members will probably be able to continue their careers after this especially since things will probably die down a bit before they come out of service. But Big Bang just won't be same with this, I don't see any chance of them coming back as whole.
