its a vegan cake, so:

1 small banana (mash it)
40ml plant based milk
1 table spoon margarine
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1 tablespoon sugar
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
50 gram flour

put everything in a cup, mix it and put it 2-3mins in the microwave (800 watts).
you can also add chocolate chunks if you want to.

I'll make sure to follow this reciept when I make a banana cake

good. I start to work again tomorrow. I`m precooking my lunch for next week right now.
I`m making 2 portions of tomato rice with vegetables, 2 portions of potatoes with meatballs (vegan ofc) and a mushroom sauce. and 1 portion of a asparagus soup.

do you usually pre cook your lunches?

I always precook. it takes up too much time within the week and its hard to find vegan food around my work place.
so its less time to precook. and you always have homemade food. :)
