so how did you get into kpop my friend?

Back in March 2016, I was rewatching Kids React videos because I watched them a lot when I was a kid and I saw this video. Oddly enough, I don't remember what my original feelings about it were, but I must have been curious because I watched a bunch of K-pop MVs after. I believe SNSD's 2015 MVs are what pulled me in. I think maybe it was because "Party" reminded me of "California Girls" by Katy Perry. And I've been here ever since.

Our Story
KpopSource began as a small blog called ksource, created by a dedicated K-Pop fan known as @Sourcekeeper. Frustrated by the decline of welcoming, discussion-driven communities, she set out to build something different — a space where fans could talk, connect, and stay for the long term.

Over time, that simple idea grew into the community you see today. While platforms and trends have changed, the goal has remained the same: to give K-Pop fans a place that feels familiar, human, and worth returning to.
