ah you mean the jype boy badge? there were no requirements to get that badge, everyone is eligible to get it as long as they registered as a user before april 2023. its impossible to award the badge to everyone on the forum though so we just went with awarding it to a few hundreds of users based on how active they were, she probably didnt get the badge because she wasnt active or there's a chance she was missed out. if she still wants it she can always request for it though!
