okie noted noted I read Lightning Thief and it was good imo, what did you think of it?

i forgot the english so i thought the brand name would make up for it i really loved the lightning thief, really set the ambiance and the plot for the rest of the series. not the best or most emotional, but it serves its purpose right. imo the series picked up more at the titan's curse with the arrival of nico & bianca (hence the five stars)

I sometimes forget words in English too lmaoo the lightning thief was the book that made me got into reading so school was done and it's not my dad's dismissal time yet (he's a teacher in an another school but my school is really close to this school that he's teaching) so I just walked and went to his classroom and I was SO bored, I then saw books on his small book shelf and then I started reading one and I FELL IN LOVE WITH READING
I haven't read a lot of books because like I said, there aren't any bookstores near me

I started reading The Lightning Thief on May 2022 and it says here that I've read 8 books in 2022 (2,700 pages) but it should've been 15 books (4690 pages) because there are Tagalog books that I've read last year that didn't appear when I looked them up and I've only read 1 book this year lol, I really need more books !! so I own 17 books (I didn't add that book I told you that I wasn't interested in reading anymore because I never finished it and it also didn't appear)

if you own the book, you can add the tagalog version yourself by scanning them on the app. it's the little camera symbol

I think the tagalog is the original but I'll try it when I can borrow my mom's phone

so when I got into reading, my uncle knew about it and he was going to gift me books because he lives in the city (there's a bookstore near him) but he didn't found any because there was no stock available at that time so he just gave me those butt books lmaooo I think it's from her lil daughter

the safest way is to borrow e-books from your library i guess, it's free and you only need your library card for it. you'll get the pdf to the book for a certain amount of time like you would when you borrow a regular book, the downside is that they limit the amount of copies that can be borrowed and don't have every single book. personnally, i just download the pdf or the epub (u need a specific app to read those types of documents tho) on websites with questionnable ads. i try not to do it so much since the author doesn't get paid from that but most of the time the ones i read like that are extremely problematic books that i read for the sake of seeing how bad could it be.

there's no library near me mmm I get what you mean! I tried this one site and downloaded the epub and converted it to pdf but I'm not sure if it's the whole book, probably not I guess the best way is just to wait until I can go to the city or something (and if I ain't broke lol) and buy a book

pdf are not always super reliable but we do what we gotta do hope you get the opportunity soon

hi omg i think what i replied didn't send the last time? wifi issues... anyway there was a festival in town with fireworks shows and roller coasters i had lots of fun & the food there was delicious (if not a lil expensive haha). i went to the waterpark a few times and saw two movies in cinema (the one with like the fire girl and the water boy?? don't know the english title + ofc the barbie movie i dressed up and everything)
