I’m doing fine too. Not much, just got back home from going on a trip to the shopping mall for down time during the day. Bought an oat milk tea for the first time and it tasted good, im glad it didn’t even taste bad lol

Got any plans for upcoming Christmas? Just like my family and I, we’re not gonna be doing anything special for that so it’s gonna be another ordinary day for us.

None as of yet, besides we are changing what we have for dinner. We have the same thing every year but I have convinced my parents to make a mac and cheese and have coconut cream pie instead of pumpkin pie. I’m working overtime to pay for my tuition thats due in January so I haven’t really planned anything for the holidays

Oh, what’s the tuition thing for? Like for your teaching classes or smth? I’m not super familiar with the whole teaching roles in a teacher’s perspective so yea haha

I do like pumpkin pie but I wanted to switch things up. I get kinda tired of having the same thing year after year.

Tuition is for my college program, I’m in my third year. In Canada you can’t teach preschool/infants until you get your degree and apply to this really fancy thing ironically also called a college but isn’t a school. Confusing, I know. So for right now I can only be a substitute. But I’m okay with that.

Oh I see. That’s valid though, it’s always good to switch up to something else so that you won’t get the same things over and over again.

ohhh I get it, I think it’s the same thing here in Australia too - like once you’ve completed your 3 or 4 years study in doing a bachelors degree of that teaching course then I think that’s where you officially start applying for roles related to that, whether it’d be a kindergarten/primary (elementary)/high school teacher. How’s it going with being a substitute so far? Are the kids behaving and always listening to teachers well? Lol

Actually substituting was really different for me. I get emotionally attached so seeing the kids only once was really weird in a sense but now I like it.

i did mention earlier that coup d’état was prob my 2nd fav title track, but that was because I forgot about long live the king since that one is ACTUALLY my second most fav one, not coup d’état lol 🥲
