it's possible that users who would collect are no longer around, i can't name any cheshires on this forum besides litc (inactive) and lexus and yachii is a solo sorn stan. remember that in order to qualify for a legendary the cards must first have rare cards - CLC was part of rare batch 2 so that's probably around 2+ years ago when they first came out?
