yeah I'm pretty sure, WJSN sets are just too large to collect them all, but over the years I got so many of the Halloween cards that I'm only missing those 4 now, so I added them, but for the Festival set I'm at 0

raffle is not complicated... you just have to buy tickets for it with ks coins, it's really cheap too just check the thread when they announce the next one (you get pinnged if you are on the cards tag list)

I will sum it up in one short sentence to proof it: you enter 5 cards, you get 5 carsd back
the upside is you can input 5 cards you don't like and get lucky to get cards in return you like. also there is a small chance to get a rare or limited card back
the only difficult part about roulette is that every card can only be entered once, so you have to keep track of the cards other users have already entered, e.g. if I enter jungkook 1-5, you can't enter any jungkook card anymore
oh and never enter any card with a rarity other than common, it is allowed, but it's really bad to do it!
