I dislike all of NCT 127's music, it's weird af and makes me uncomfortable. U'd think that after having bit of visual kei phase when I was younger kpop couldn't do that, but no it can. And yup Simon says goes to that category definitely.

I can appreciate Wolf in some level, it's cringy af, but sometimes sth is so bad you start appreciating it.

It's better than most of their stuff, vocal parts have instrumental that make it seem like ost of action movie. I wouldn't still place it very high, the vocals aren't most appealing and some rap parts are bizarre.

Good thing doesn't make me uncomfortable so that's... good thing

No wonder they are more listenable. Well some rap parts definitely were more in experiemental hep hap area, vocal parts less.

It's bit weird actually, having all the experiemental stuff in the title tracks. 0 Mile is probably easiest song to listen for me, actually both vocal and rap tones sound best in that one. I might give it couple listens see if I actually end up liking it. Though I have to admit I liked Limitless instrumental most despite the weirdness in beginning, it was interesting.

I kinda like the vibe they go for with their title tracks though lol. It's this futuristic, grungy, experimental mish mash of genres, lots of electronic stuff, rapping and then the vocal line comes in with the bridge. And of course the dance and visuals is strong. But I don't think they'll score a mainstream hit this way. If SM wants the next Suju or EXO with NCT, they need a public friendly song.

Btw their latest song by their Chinese subunit WayV (or WeiShenV) was pretty solid. Just dropped yesterday.

They have great dance, i sometimes watch Cherry bomb- muted ofc- just for the dance Visuals? well i guess that's subjective. Taeyong is cute, he looks like young Jaejoong. Their fashion is usually trashy though.

Well I kinda appreciate how they have their own style and sound regardless of not liking it. They could lose what is unique to them if they went towards more mainstream sound.

Lol I mean their fashion was terrible in Limitless era but recently it's been amazing- especially Regular was some awesome styling. And yes Taeyong literally looks like Jaejoong's son or younger brother lol
I do like their signature sound a lot. The only problem is the confusing concept for newcomers and the everchanging members although lineups seem to be finally fixed now.

Yup i think i have mostly seen their older stuff that were visually pretty weird as well. Good they got line ups fixed, the confusing NCT system was definitely turn off to me at first. And especially after finding out Ten wasn't even part of any groups. Tbh I'd really like to see him in the korean groups too.

Lol Ten can only appear in NCT U since that's a rotational unit where anyone can be, or solo releases. WayV will be his fixed group for now. NCT 127 seem to have settled with this 10 person lineup, although they could have Winwin leave completely for WayV Idk. Also who knows what they'll do with the Dream members who graduate, it's still a big mess even though 127 seems to be the main permanent unit
