Its not physical, just mental :headache: my ADHD is just making such a mess of my life and I wish it'd just stop:yolk: I had a coding project given to me by my uncle 4 months ago :wimwim: and it was SUPPOSED to take like a week more at best and be finished, a month if you were super generous, nope, I took 4 months extra :ilovebread: why? Because as I was working on the project, I found something I didn't quite know how to handle and also at the same time, we went to my grandmas place where my brother was no longer supervising how it was going and so I got paralysed and procrastinated on the project for 4 months:yolk: and now after spending the past few weeks trying and trying to get myself to work on it, I finished passing that hurdle and y'know how long it took? like 3 hours at best :pandangry: I KNEW the entire time that if I could only make myself work on it, it would be done in a day but I just couldn't do it before:catcry:and now the rest of the project is mostly easy so I'm finally able to work on the rest of it and finish it :hcnod:

I'm really really tired of having to manage this brain tho :dying: It never does anything I want without me having to fight it tooth and nail,, 5 years of dealing with my adhd and every single year has been a fight with my brain :catcry: and it still hasn't fully recovered from my burnout last year which is why I am unable to keep up my social life :ono: I feel so horrible for leaving everyone on read but responding feels like a demand and my mind is tired of demands and makes replying feel like a huge chore:pandaleave:

well it sounds a bit extreme, but it's good you could overcome that hurdle :passcodea:

if something feels like a chore and you get no enjyoment out of it, it's probably best to not do it :cold_doge:
