Yes, on almost all of their Japanese single albums. It's usually one Title Track and one B-side, and then the instrumentals for both. The "4 songs" is usually a translation thing that auto-translators do

Now hopefully the 4 songs are 4 actual songs, not two songs and two instrumentals. They've done that before.
