If you're anywhere other than China, you can only really access his songs on Spotify and occasionally on youtube,, but Gong is one of my favorites. He is a solo artist/composer, so it might not be what you're looking for, but I love his music a lot.

In music shows its whatever, as long as the performance looks good, but in concerts I want an even mix of good dancing and good singing. So, lip syncing for difficult choreography's is ok, as long as its not lip syncing the whole time.
