Something in the middle I guess. If I need to give a feedback I try to say what I like and dislike (so the person can improve), especially if he/she asks for feedback. I always try to say ‘good job’. But I’m honest and when I don’t like something I voice it xD I prefer that, I don’t wanna be fake- bulletproof
