With this Seungri scandal I think at least Seungri is done. If you didn't know Korea is also having a #MeToo Movement and prostitution is a crime the society is trying to solve.
The Youtuber got bias in this video (I think he may be a GD fanboy lol) but he explained the situation. I won't lie the 47 vacation days sound iffy. While uber-nationalism is dangerous, Koreans have a perfectly logically reason to serve in the military with a aggressive nuclear power right next door. Also Korea has a lot to be proud of, if anyone knows just a little of Korean history they went through hell in the 20th century and made it through.
