Same here. It’s unfortunate but not surprising considering the police has been doing this for a while. Making black people and poc out to be ruthless thugs that are terrorizing communities even though it’s far from the truth.
The police were the ones who were tear gassing the first protestors who were protesting for George Floyd despite them being peaceful. No one knows that though... Everyone thinks that the first thing these protestors did is start riots and started looting...truly sad.

Yep, and portraying protestors as violent also justifies breaking up the protests and being violent towards them even if most of them are peaceful.
