AsianJunkie was kind enough to sum it up & translate it. It is a long read but worth it. All I have to say is this is way deeper and bigger then ever imagined. Only Seungri and his friends may go to jail, not the higher ups. This is literally a Pan-Asian crime ring, involving politicians, business figures and the damn triads!
